Passport to Painting You are cordially invited to attend our annual luncheon on Saturday, July 19, 2008 Fun to start at 10 a.m. Come share your friendship, joy, love of painting and talent. Our luncheon will be held at the Best Western Tysons Westpark, 8401 Westpark Drive, McLean, VA. (703) 734-2800 All attendees will receive a photo as well as hand-painted pins and favors. That’s not the end of it....But we can’t share all our secrets now. You are welcome and encouraged to participate in our table gift exchange, and regular raffles. All attendees will automatically be entered in the centerpiece drawing at each table. For an exciting and successful luncheon we encourage each attendee to donate hand painted items for the regular raffle. Please assist us in organizing the raffle, by bringing these items to our May 17, 2008 meeting, if you can, or by contacting Becky Benton at 703- 821-2691. This year several members of our club are painting items for the Special Raffle...you will not want to miss seeing these items. We are going to have a silent auction, too. This is your chance to take away that "need to have" painted prize! Displays for our upcoming Paint-ins, Community Service projects, and Membership will be available for your information. A separate display will be set up inside the room for our Scholarship Winner’s work(s). |
