
Two seashell canvases (from DP 2010 volume 4)

Surface: 2 6” x 6” canvases (gallery wrapped). (Available from
Michaels singly or in 4-packs, or on-line at Cheap Joe’s and
other art sources). Other surfaces may be substituted.
Register: A $7.50 check payable to NCC of NSTDP must
accompany registration to pay for the class. It will be returned
to you at the class.
Supply Fee: $2.00 (make checks payable to Kathy Bacskay).

Paints: DecoArt Acrylic, bring your own: Bleached Sand, Blue
Violet,Burnt Umber, Camel, Dove Grey, Fawn, Hauser Light
Green, Honey Brown,Light Buttermilk, Milk Chocolate, Payne’s
Grey, Raw Sienna, Slate Grey, Soft Black,Tangerine, Warm
White
Brushes: #8 and #16 flat, #2 round. Variety of filberts #4 -
#10, #1 liner,1/2" wash (flat)
Supplies: Sea sponge with prickly bristles, sea silk sponge.
Light and dark graphite paper or other transfer paper. Regular
acrylic supplies.
Prep: Paint canvases with two coats of Slate Grey using a
roller. Dry between coats. (If using other surface, prepare
accordingly.) When dry, apply patterns..
