January Meeting Project January 28, 2012
|

This project is based on a Sue Schewee class found on WETA
Create TV. It is painted in shades of blue with purple, and a
bit of green and crimson. It shows a misty morning scene.
Date: January 28, 2011
Teacher: Bj. Grey
Cost: None-Chapter will provide paint, paper, pattern packet,
and a foliage brush.
Please let me know if you are interested in painting this
project because I have to make enough brushes for the class.

This class will show you that you can paint with no pattern. I
will make a foliage brush for each of you and teach you to use
it. This is a quick and easy class for all painting levels. It
takes only a few hours to complete. If you have never tried
watercolor, this is the one for you to try! Easy and quick.
Supplies needed: large flat brush (1 or 2 inch)
# 5 or 6 round
#1 liner or your favorite size
small pump spray bottle of water, paper towels,
tape and a backing board to tape your paper to-at least 11" X
14"
water basin.
No additional supplies are needed. So you don't need your big
painting bag! Watercolorists travel light!
