Peggy Harris has a reputation as an internationally
acclaimed wildlife artist, teacher, and television personality.
Peggy has been painting baby animals for over 20 years and has authored
several books for the North Light Book Club and produced 65 shows for
Nashville Public TV.
Peggy has a signature style of baby animal designs, known as
"Harris Critters." She has developed an easy, fast way of painting fur
and feathers known as the "Harris Method." Using a limited palette, gel
mediums, the "wrong" brushes the "wrong" way and some everyday items
(like Q-tips and cotton balls), Peggy achieves a wonderfully soft,
furry look in a reasonable amount of time.
So, come join your friends to paint with Peggy, paint some wonderful
baby creatures and learn new techniques that can make your painting
experience more enjoyable.
